Mario Carini founded the company in Vienna-Penzing (Austria) in 1939. Right from the very start  Etiketten CARINI’s aim was to become a first-class business partner in the label printing industry.

In 1945 the company changed its production site to Lustenau, an emerging town in the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley, at the western tip of Austria.

In 1963 Siegfried Erne joined the company and manage until 1999.

In 1999 Siegfried Erne handed the management to his daughter Andrea, his son-in-low Thomas and whose brother Edgar Sohm.
