Each and every individual at CARINI bears a responsibility for ensuring that our customers’ wishes and requirements are fulfilled to the best of our ability. Consequently, we are committed to the concept of continuous job-specific training and development, which is why we set up the CARINI Academy in 1999. Here, independent and quality-conscious action, error avoidance and entrepreneurial thinking across all phases of the process are taught and actively practised by the management.
