Nevertheless, we have been able to overcome major challenges in the past two years, have found creative solutions, have increasingly reacted to each other, have supported each other and have managed to secure 150 jobs as well as implement further development steps in line with our Vision/Mission 2025. There are many examples of this, such as increased process efficiency, error reduction, greater automation through the customer portal, a strong investment program in technology and employee training, greater sustainability through our “1:1 – one order, one tree” project, and just recently the go-live of our new website www.carini.at.
Even if the end of the pandemic is not foreseeable: let us now look ahead. We will continue to focus our energy on remaining your usual reliable partner, responding flexibly to your wishes and contributing to your success with all our capabilities. Furthermore, we hope that our health will remain intact and that the social divide will again visibly change into a togetherness. At CARINI, it is not least the unifying force of our team that has shaped our success over many decades. Common goals, motivation and the ambition to permanently optimize our processes have made us start the current year with confidence.
In doing so, we continue to build on the highest level of customer orientation as well as the utilization of additional potential. The results of the latest customer satisfaction survey are very positive, especially the new record Net Promoter Score of 78!
