CARINI now also certified in accordance with ISO 22000 (food safety/hygiene)
Four CARINI management systems have been successfully certified, including the management system for food safety/hygiene in accordance with ISO 22000 for the first time.
For more than 25 years, CARINI’s management systems have been regularly audited in accordance with ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment) and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 (health and safety). 2020 is no exception, and there’s even been a new development – the company has been certified in accordance with ISO 22000 (food safety/hygiene) for the first time. “By complementing our integrated management system with a food safety standard, we’re maximising safety for our customers and consumers,” says Peter Hülle, the QHSE Manager at CARINI. “The international ISO 22000 standard covers all of the processes in the food chain that have an impact on the safety of the end product – and it’s entirely compatible with the standards that we’ve certified to date.”
