Using the hotfix method, crystals are placed on your labels with a semi-automatic machine. Precise laser dots ensure a perfect fit. When heat is added, the adhesive pre-applied to the crystals is activated and securely fixed to the label.
For complex motifs or lettering with many crystals, transfer foils are created and ironed on accordingly. The result is an identical and perfect fit for every label.
Our crystals are available in sizes from 1.5mm to 8mm. We also offer an almost infinite selection of colors and shapes so that you can find the perfect design for your label.
